Program Event Registration Procedures:
- Registrations for all program events are accepted on a first come – first served basis.
- Deadline for registration for all program events is three weeks before the event. Completed registration form and payment must be received by 5:00 p.m. on the deadline date noted in the event description.
- Leaders and chaperones as required to meet Safety-Wise ratios must be present at all times.
- Participants arriving more than 15 minutes late will not be admitted to the event. No refunds will be given.
- Mail or hand deliver the official Girl Scout Troop Trip/Event Roster (p. 47) or Individual Girl Registration Form with payment to the Girl Scout Council of Greater Essex and Hudson Counties (GSCGEHC), 120 Valley Road, Montclair, NJ 07042.
