Located in the South Mountain Reservation in Maplewood, NJ, The OVAL Outdoor Program Center is the perfect spot for a troop picnic, bridging ceremony, or camping experience. You can rent a cabin for the day, for an overnight, or for the whole weekend. All cabins have electricity, a full kitchen and flushing toilets, making The OVAL a great first step into camping. Its large grassy playing field offers space to set up tents for a more primitive experience, and fireplaces around The OVAL can be used for outdoor cooking.

Your chosen date will be reserved upon receipt of the Reservation Form and deposit. All remaining required paperwork and the balance must be received AT LEAST four weeks prior to your chosen date.
Friday night check in is 6:00 p.m. or later with
check out between 9:00 a.m. and noon on Saturday.
Saturday check in is 3:00 p.m. or later with
check out between 9:00 a.m. and noon Sunday.
